fa/r: Modules and functions
From the inbound delivery of the casings to the outbound delivery of the finished tyre, using both precured and hot retreading methods: fa/r controls the whole production process of commercial vehicle remoulds. The solution's key components are the basic module and the production management module.
The basic module forms the central data processing unit for the entire system. Extensive functions allow the system to be adapted to the operative processes of the retreading factory. Plausibility checks, established user rights and clear rules guarantee the optimum utilisation of the solution.
The production management module is the system's nerve centre and it obtains information from production in real-time. The production manager has an accurate overview of the running operational processes at all times and thus has perfect control over the tools.
After initial configuration the system can be extended to other workstations, if necessary, or in terms of function using add-on modules. Due to its modularity and scalability, fa/r can be adjusted to different requirements and grow with production development.
Special data interfaces sustain communication with IT applications already in use, such as ERP systems, and with processing machines and plants.
