There is a lot at stake in the asset management of drilling equipment and conveyors, technical reliability must be guaranteed. However, at the same time availability and plant conveyance performance are to be secured and costs are to be reduced.
With zedas®asset you continuously monitor the condition of the plant (asset health monitoring). You receive all the relevant information to initiate maintenance and operations management measures, to monitor their implementation and log their results (asset performance monitoring).
zedas®asset continuously delivers diagnoses and forecasts about the condition of and load on plants and components such as blow out preventers, subsea modules and transport pipelines. The system makes your plant's lifecycle behaviour and mode of operation transparent and creates a basis for the continuous improvement process (CIP, Kaizen) using KPI identifiers.
Technical asset management using zedas®asset is geared towards operators and service companies in the field of exploration and production. The diagnosis of the operational behaviour of blow out preventer modules is a focus of the system application.
Function
- Diagnosis and monitoring of the load on and condition of plants and components taking into account the mode of operation stipulated by operations (asset healthy monitoring)
- Prediction of wear and tear development of selected components as well as specific costs particularly focusing on the long-term behaviour of the plant and components
- Assistance system to automatically instruct operator and maintenance personnel
- Control of inspections and documentation and processing of results (with recommended measures and tracking)
- Analysis of operational data to determine the causes of faults and for benchmarking (balanced score card)
- Full lifecycle report for plants and components as the basis for asset management decisions
- Automated reporting and functional cockpits
Benefits for asset management
- Securing and improving plant performance:
- Prevention of unplanned downtimes
- Utilisation of capacity reserves
- Optimisation of operation (operating point)
- Reduction in costs:
- Flexibility of maintenance according to operational requirements
- Planning of maintenance measures depending on load
- Shortening of planned plant outages:
- use of preparation time in case of deterioration in condition
- bundling and coordinating of maintenance measures (internal and external)
- Support of fast decision-making processes
- Support for managing external companies
- Development and use of a basis of knowledge to improve plant operation and maintenance (CIP - Kaizen)
Using zedas®asset you guarantee the asset healthy monitoring of your plants and components, assure plant availability and increase reliability.
